A Property Platform That Sells Trust Before It Sells Listings
EstateView Properties is a mid-tier real estate agency operating across three cities in the UK, specializing in residential sales and lettings. Despite a strong agent team and a solid reputation built on referrals, their digital presence was doing them a disservice. Their existing website — a generic WordPress theme with a bolt-on property search plugin — looked indistinguishable from dozens of local competitors and functioned worse than most. Prospective buyers were arriving, failing to find relevant listings, and bouncing to Rightmove or Zoopla within seconds.
The agency understood, correctly, that their website wasn't just a brochure — it was the first handshake with every potential client. A weak first impression was costing them qualified leads every day. They came to Safi Dot Tech needing more than a redesign. They needed a platform that positioned them as the authoritative local expert — one that made searching for a home feel less like a transaction and more like being guided by someone who actually knew the area.

Strategic Implementation
& Digital Results
We built EstateView a custom Next.js platform with a headless CMS backend, giving agents a fast, intuitive admin panel to publish listings in under five minutes with no developer involvement. Each listing automatically generated a structured property page with full image galleries, floor plans, EPC ratings, a Google Maps embed with nearby amenities, and a property-specific enquiry form that routed directly to the responsible agent's inbox.
For the search experience, we built a dual-mode property finder: a filterable list view and a full interactive map view powered by Google Maps API, with real-time filtering by price, bedrooms, property type, and area. Saved searches and email alerts were added using a lightweight user account system — no app install required.
We also built out fifteen neighborhood guide pages, each with curated content, school Ofsted ratings, commute data, and local photography — all structured for local SEO. Within four months of launch, EstateView ranked on page one of Google for seven high-intent local search terms. Qualified monthly leads increased by 63%, and the average time from listing creation to live on site dropped from 3.5 days to under 8 minutes.

The Challenges
- Property search was broken by modern standards — no map-based search, no saved searches, no price-range sliders, and property detail pages that loaded one image at a time with no gallery functionality.
- No local authority signals — the site contained zero neighborhood guides, school data, transport links, or area-specific content that could demonstrate local expertise or support organic SEO rankings.
- Lead capture was a single contact form — with no property-specific enquiry flows, no viewing booking system, and no way for agents to know which listing had generated a lead.
- The site was not built to scale — adding new listings required manual page creation, which created a content backlog and meant new properties sometimes took 3–4 days to appear online after being listed.
